1. Eligibility

You must be a certified diver (Open Water or above). DSD-only certifications are not accepted. Users under 18 require parental consent.

2. Account & content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your dive logs and certification documents. False data may lead to suspension. You retain ownership of photos and notes you upload.

3. Safety disclaimer

Abyss is a logging and social tool, not a substitute for proper training, dive planning, dive computers, or buddy checks. You dive at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, fake certifications, illegal hunting/collection content, or commercial spam. We may remove content and accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions

Pro and Business plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Liability

Abyss is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Italy.
